📋 Giới thiệu
Chính sách bảo mật này áp dụng cho ứng dụng Fundmate - Quản lý quỹ nhóm (mã ứng dụng com.dac.fundmate) trên Google Play, được phát triển và phát hành bởi DA Center (website: dac-portfolio.web.app, email: dailyappcenter@gmail.com).
Chính sách giải thích những dữ liệu ứng dụng lưu trữ, dữ liệu nào được gửi lên máy chủ, mục đích sử dụng, bên thứ ba liên quan và cách bạn yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu.
Tóm tắt: Dữ liệu quỹ của bạn (thành viên, số điện thoại, ngày sinh, tài khoản ngân hàng, giao dịch thu/chi, sự kiện) được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị và không được gửi lên máy chủ. Chỉ một số dữ liệu cần thiết cho tính năng bình chọn online, dùng thử và Premium được lưu trên máy chủ Google Firebase như mô tả dưới đây. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn.
📂 Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị của bạn
Fundmate lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị các dữ liệu sau do bạn tự nhập:
Thông tin nhóm quỹ
- Tên nhóm, mô tả, cài đặt quy tắc thu quỹ định kỳ
- Thông tin tài khoản ngân hàng nhận quỹ (tên ngân hàng, số tài khoản, tên chủ tài khoản)
- Quy tắc phạt đóng trễ (nếu có)
Thông tin thành viên
- Tên thành viên, số điện thoại, ảnh đại diện do bạn nhập thủ công
- Ngày sinh (nếu bạn nhập để theo dõi sinh nhật)
- Lịch sử đóng/nợ quỹ của từng thành viên
Giao dịch và sự kiện
- Lịch sử thu quỹ: thành viên, số tiền, ngày đóng, kỳ
- Chi phí phát sinh: nội dung, số tiền, ngày chi
- Tên, ngày, mô tả sự kiện nhóm
Các dữ liệu trên không được gửi lên máy chủ. Chúng chỉ rời khỏi thiết bị khi bạn chủ động xuất file sao lưu, hoặc khi bạn dùng bình chọn online (chỉ tên thành viên được gửi, xem mục bên dưới).
🌐 Dữ liệu được lưu trên máy chủ (Google Firebase)
Một số tính năng cần kết nối Internet. Khi đó, ứng dụng lưu các dữ liệu sau trên Google Cloud Firestore và Firebase Authentication:
Bình chọn online
Khi bạn tạo một cuộc bình chọn và chia sẻ link cho thành viên:
- Mã nhóm, tên nhóm, tên cuộc bình chọn, các lựa chọn, trạng thái và thời hạn
- Tên các thành viên được mời và mã bình chọn (mật khẩu) do ứng dụng tạo cho từng thành viên
- Khi thành viên bình chọn trên trang fundmate-vote.web.app: tên thành viên, lựa chọn và thời điểm bình chọn
Mã người dùng ẩn danh
Ứng dụng đăng nhập Firebase ở chế độ ẩn danh, tạo một mã người dùng ngẫu nhiên không gắn với email, số điện thoại hay tên thật. Mã này dùng để lưu trạng thái Premium và ghi nhận mã kích hoạt đã dùng.
Dùng thử
Mã thiết bị Android (Android ID) và thời điểm bắt đầu dùng thử, nhằm đảm bảo mỗi thiết bị chỉ được dùng thử một lần.
Premium và mã kích hoạt
Trạng thái Premium gắn với mã người dùng ẩn danh. Khi bạn nhập mã kích hoạt: mã đó, thời điểm sử dụng và mã người dùng ẩn danh.
Các dữ liệu này chỉ dùng để cung cấp tính năng tương ứng, được truyền qua kết nối mã hoá (HTTPS). Chúng tôi không dùng chúng cho quảng cáo và không bán hay chia sẻ cho bên khác.
💳 Mua hàng trong ứng dụng
Gói Premium được thanh toán qua Google Play Billing. Việc thanh toán do Google xử lý; chúng tôi không nhận và không lưu thông tin thẻ hay phương thức thanh toán của bạn.
Ứng dụng chỉ nhận thông tin giao dịch từ Google Play (mã sản phẩm, mã giao dịch, trạng thái) để kích hoạt và khôi phục Premium.
📢 Quảng cáo
Fundmate hiển thị quảng cáo qua Google AdMob để duy trì ứng dụng miễn phí. Google AdMob có thể thu thập:
- Mã định danh quảng cáo (Advertising ID) — có thể đặt lại hoặc xoá trong Cài đặt Android
- Thông tin thiết bị, hệ điều hành, địa chỉ IP và tương tác với quảng cáo
Google AdMob không có quyền truy cập vào dữ liệu quỹ, thành viên hay giao dịch của bạn. Xem cách Google sử dụng dữ liệu tại policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
🤝 Bên thứ ba
Fundmate sử dụng các dịch vụ sau của Google LLC, tuân theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google:
- Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Hosting — bình chọn online, dùng thử, Premium
- Google AdMob — quảng cáo
- Google Play Billing — thanh toán
Ngoài các dịch vụ trên, chúng tôi không chia sẻ dữ liệu với bất kỳ bên nào khác, trừ khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
🔔 Quyền truy cập thiết bị
- Internet — bình chọn online, dùng thử, Premium và quảng cáo
- Sinh trắc học — mở khoá bằng vân tay nếu bạn bật. Dữ liệu sinh trắc học không rời khỏi chip bảo mật của thiết bị; ứng dụng chỉ nhận kết quả thành công/thất bại
- Thanh toán Google Play — mua Premium
- Mã định danh quảng cáo — dùng bởi Google AdMob
Sao lưu và khôi phục dùng trình chọn file của hệ thống nên không cần quyền đọc bộ nhớ. Fundmate không yêu cầu quyền danh bạ, vị trí, camera hay micro.
💾 Sao lưu & Khôi phục dữ liệu
Chức năng Sao lưu dữ liệu cho phép xuất toàn bộ dữ liệu quỹ ra file .json và lưu vào nơi bạn chọn.
- File sao lưu do bạn tự quản lý — chúng tôi không nhận hay lưu trữ file này
- File chứa thông tin tài chính và thành viên nhạy cảm — hãy lưu ở nơi bảo mật
🔐 Bảo mật
- Ứng dụng có thể khoá bằng mã PIN và/hoặc vân tay. Mã PIN lưu dưới dạng băm (hash) trên thiết bị, không gửi lên máy chủ
- Dữ liệu gửi lên Firebase được truyền qua HTTPS
- Không chia sẻ mã PIN, mã bình chọn và file sao lưu với người không có thẩm quyền
🗑️ Lưu giữ & xoá dữ liệu
- Dữ liệu trên thiết bị: bạn có thể xoá trong ứng dụng hoặc gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng để xoá toàn bộ
- Dữ liệu trên máy chủ (bình chọn, dùng thử, Premium): được lưu trong thời gian cần thiết để cung cấp tính năng. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá bằng cách gửi email tới dailyappcenter@gmail.com với tiêu đề "Fundmate – Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu", kèm tên nhóm hoặc tên cuộc bình chọn. Chúng tôi sẽ xoá trong vòng 30 ngày. - Thông tin giao dịch mua hàng do Google Play lưu giữ theo chính sách của Google
👥 Trách nhiệm với dữ liệu thành viên
Với tư cách quản lý nhóm, bạn có trách nhiệm:
- Chỉ nhập thông tin của những người đã đồng ý tham gia nhóm quỹ
- Cho thành viên biết tên của họ sẽ hiển thị trong các cuộc bình chọn online bạn tạo
- Bảo vệ thiết bị, không để người không có thẩm quyền truy cập dữ liệu thành viên
👶 Trẻ em
Fundmate là ứng dụng quản lý tài chính nhóm dành cho người trưởng thành, không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em. Nếu bạn cho rằng chúng tôi đã nhận dữ liệu của trẻ em, vui lòng liên hệ để chúng tôi xoá.
🔄 Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách bảo mật này khi ứng dụng thay đổi hoặc theo yêu cầu pháp lý. Ngày "Có hiệu lực" ở đầu trang sẽ được cập nhật tương ứng, và thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được ghi trong phần cập nhật ứng dụng trên Google Play.
📋 Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the Fundmate - Quản lý quỹ nhóm app (package com.dac.fundmate) on Google Play, developed and published by DA Center (website: dac-portfolio.web.app, email: dailyappcenter@gmail.com).
It explains what data the app stores, which data is sent to servers, why, which third parties are involved, and how you can request deletion.
Summary: Your fund data (members, phone numbers, dates of birth, bank accounts, transactions, events) is stored locally on your device and is not sent to any server. Only the data needed for online voting, the free trial and Premium is stored on Google Firebase servers, as described below. We do not sell your data.
📂 Data Stored on Your Device
Fundmate stores the following data, entered by you, locally on your device:
Group Fund Information
- Group name, description, and periodic collection settings
- Bank account details for receiving funds (bank name, account number, account holder)
- Late payment penalty rules (if configured)
Member Information
- Member names, phone numbers and avatars entered manually by you
- Date of birth (if entered for birthday tracking)
- Each member's payment and outstanding balance history
Transactions and Events
- Fund collections: member, amount, payment date, cycle
- Expenses: description, amount, date
- Group event names, dates and descriptions
This data is not sent to any server. It only leaves your device when you export a backup file, or when you use online voting (only member names are sent, see below).
🌐 Data Stored on Servers (Google Firebase)
Some features need an Internet connection. For these, the app stores the following on Google Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication:
Online Voting
When you create a vote and share its link with members:
- Group ID, group name, vote title, options, status and deadline
- Names of invited members and the voting code (password) the app generates for each member
- When a member votes on fundmate-vote.web.app: member name, selected options and time of voting
Anonymous User ID
The app signs in to Firebase anonymously, which creates a random user ID not linked to any email, phone number or real name. It is used to store your Premium status and record redeemed activation codes.
Free Trial
Your Android device ID (Android ID) and the trial start time, so that each device can use the free trial only once.
Premium and Activation Codes
Premium status is linked to the anonymous user ID. When you redeem an activation code: the code, time of use and the anonymous user ID.
This data is used only to provide the related features and is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We do not use it for advertising and do not sell or share it with anyone else.
💳 In-App Purchases
Premium is purchased through Google Play Billing. Payments are processed by Google; we never receive or store your card or payment method details.
The app only receives transaction information from Google Play (product ID, order ID, status) to activate and restore Premium.
📢 Advertising
Fundmate shows ads through Google AdMob to keep the app free. Google AdMob may collect:
- Advertising ID — which you can reset or delete in your Android Settings
- Device and OS information, IP address and ad interactions

🤝 Third Parties
Fundmate uses the following services from Google LLC, governed by the Google Privacy Policy:
- Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Hosting — online voting, free trial, Premium
- Google AdMob — advertising
- Google Play Billing — payments
Apart from these services, we do not share data with anyone else unless required by law.
🔔 Device Permissions
- Internet — online voting, free trial, Premium and ads
- Biometrics — fingerprint unlock if you enable it. Biometric data never leaves the device's secure hardware; the app only receives a pass/fail result
- Google Play Billing — purchasing Premium
- Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob
Backup and restore use the system file picker, so no storage permission is needed. Fundmate does not request contacts, location, camera or microphone access.
💾 Backup & Restore
The Backup feature exports all fund data to a .json file saved wherever you choose.
- The backup file is managed entirely by you — we never receive or store it
- The file contains sensitive financial and member data — store it securely
🔐 Security
- The app can be locked with a PIN and/or fingerprint. The PIN is stored as a hash on the device and is never sent to a server
- Data sent to Firebase is transmitted over HTTPS
- Do not share your PIN, voting codes or backup files with unauthorized people
🗑️ Data Retention & Deletion
- On-device data: you can delete it within the app, or uninstall the app to remove it entirely
- Server data (votes, trial, Premium): kept only as long as needed to provide the features. You can request deletion by emailing dailyappcenter@gmail.com with the subject "Fundmate – Data deletion request", including your group name or vote title. We will delete it within 30 days. - Purchase records are retained by Google Play under Google's policies
👥 Responsibility for Member Data
As the group manager, you are responsible for:
- Only entering information of people who have agreed to join the fund group
- Letting members know their names will appear in online votes you create
- Securing your device and preventing unauthorized access to member data
👶 Children
Fundmate is a group finance app intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have received a child's data, please contact us and we will delete it.
🔄 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or as required by law. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly, and significant changes will be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
