Chào mừng bạn đến với Fundmate — ứng dụng quản lý quỹ nhóm minh bạch, chuyên nghiệp, được phát triển bởi DA Center.

Chính sách bảo mật này giải thích cách ứng dụng xử lý dữ liệu của bạn và các thành viên trong nhóm. Chúng tôi hiểu rằng dữ liệu tài chính nhóm là nhạy cảm và cam kết bảo vệ quyền riêng tư của mọi thành viên.

📂 Dữ liệu bạn nhập vào ứng dụng

Fundmate lưu trữ cục bộ trên thiết bị các loại dữ liệu sau mà bạn tự nhập:

Thông tin nhóm quỹ

• Tên nhóm, mô tả, cài đặt quy tắc thu quỹ định kỳ
• Thông tin tài khoản ngân hàng nhận quỹ (tên ngân hàng, số tài khoản, tên chủ tài khoản)
• Quy tắc phạt đóng trễ (nếu có)

Thông tin thành viên

• Tên thành viên, số điện thoại do bạn nhập thủ công
• Ngày sinh (nếu bạn nhập để theo dõi sinh nhật)
• Lịch sử đóng/nợ quỹ của từng thành viên

Lịch sử giao dịch

• Lịch sử thu quỹ: thành viên, số tiền, ngày đóng, kỳ
• Chi phí phát sinh: nội dung, số tiền, ngày chi

Sự kiện nhóm

• Tên sự kiện, ngày, mô tả do bạn tạo trong ứng dụng

🔔 Quyền truy cập thiết bị

Ứng dụng yêu cầu các quyền sau để hoạt động đúng chức năng:

Thông báo (Notifications)

Dùng để nhắc nhở:

• Hạn đóng quỹ định kỳ sắp đến
• Sinh nhật thành viên và sự kiện nhóm sắp tới

Bạn có thể bật hoặc tắt quyền này bất kỳ lúc nào trong Cài đặt hệ thống.

Bộ nhớ / Lưu trữ (Storage)

Dùng để đọc và ghi file sao lưu (.json) khi bạn thực hiện chức năng Sao lưu & Khôi phục dữ liệu.

Sinh trắc học (Biometrics)

Nếu bạn bật tính năng mở khoá bằng vân tay / Face ID, ứng dụng sử dụng API sinh trắc học của hệ điều hành. Dữ liệu sinh trắc học không bao giờ rời khỏi chip bảo mật của thiết bị — chúng tôi không có quyền truy cập.

Không yêu cầu

• Không yêu cầu quyền truy cập danh bạ điện thoại — thành viên được nhập thủ công
• Không yêu cầu vị trí địa lý (GPS)
• Không yêu cầu camera

🚫 Dữ liệu chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập

Fundmate không thu thập bất kỳ thông tin nào sau đây:

• Thông tin thành viên nhóm (tên, số điện thoại, ngày sinh)
• Lịch sử giao dịch thu/chi của quỹ
• Thông tin tài khoản ngân hàng nhóm
• Mã PIN bảo mật hay dữ liệu sinh trắc học
• Thông tin định danh cá nhân của người quản lý
• Dữ liệu vị trí địa lý

💾 Sao lưu & Khôi phục dữ liệu

Chức năng Sao lưu dữ liệu cho phép xuất toàn bộ dữ liệu quỹ ra file .json và lưu vào thiết bị hoặc dịch vụ cloud của bạn.

• File sao lưu do bạn tự quản lý — chúng tôi không nhận hay lưu trữ file này
• File chứa thông tin tài chính và thành viên nhạy cảm — hãy lưu ở nơi bảo mật
• Không chia sẻ file sao lưu với người không có thẩm quyền trong nhóm

📢 Quảng cáo

Fundmate có thể hiển thị quảng cáo thông qua Google AdMob để hỗ trợ duy trì ứng dụng miễn phí.

Google AdMob có thể sử dụng một số thông tin ẩn danh, bao gồm:

• Mã định danh quảng cáo (Advertising ID) — có thể đặt lại hoặc tắt trong Cài đặt Android/iOS
• Thông tin loại thiết bị và phiên bản hệ điều hành (ẩn danh)

Google AdMob không có quyền truy cập vào dữ liệu quỹ, thành viên hay giao dịch của bạn.

🔐 Bảo mật PIN & Sinh trắc học

Fundmate cho phép bảo vệ bằng mã PIN 4 chữ số và/hoặc vân tay / Face ID:

• Mã PIN lưu dưới dạng băm (hash) — không thể đọc ngược, chúng tôi không thể khôi phục nếu bạn quên
• Xác thực sinh trắc học do chip bảo mật của thiết bị xử lý hoàn toàn — Fundmate chỉ nhận kết quả thành công/thất bại

Để bảo vệ dữ liệu nhóm tốt nhất:

• Bật khoá ứng dụng bằng PIN hoặc vân tay trong phần Cài đặt
• Không để người khác biết mã PIN của bạn
• Sao lưu dữ liệu định kỳ và lưu file an toàn

👥 Trách nhiệm với dữ liệu thành viên

Khi bạn nhập thông tin thành viên (tên, số điện thoại, ngày sinh) vào Fundmate, bạn với tư cách là quản lý nhóm có trách nhiệm:

• Chỉ nhập thông tin của những người đã đồng ý tham gia nhóm quỹ
• Bảo vệ thiết bị và không để người không có thẩm quyền truy cập dữ liệu thành viên
• Xóa thông tin thành viên khỏi ứng dụng khi họ không còn trong nhóm (nếu cần)

👶 Trẻ em

Fundmate là ứng dụng tài chính nhóm dành cho người trưởng thành. Ứng dụng không dành riêng cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và không thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân từ bất kỳ người dùng nào.

🔄 Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách bảo mật này khi có thay đổi trong ứng dụng hoặc theo yêu cầu pháp lý. Khi có cập nhật quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo qua:

• Cập nhật ngày "Có hiệu lực" ở đầu trang này
• Ghi chú trong phần cập nhật ứng dụng trên Google Play / App Store

📋 Introduction

Welcome to Fundmate — a transparent and professional group fund management app, developed by DA Center.

This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your data and your group members' data. We understand that group financial data is sensitive, and we are committed to protecting the privacy of every member.

📂 Data You Enter into the App

Fundmate stores the following data locally on your device — data you enter yourself:

Group Fund Information

• Group name, description, and periodic collection settings
• Group bank account details for member transfers (bank name, account number, account holder)
• Late payment penalty rules (if configured)

Member Information

• Member names and phone numbers entered manually by you
• Date of birth (if entered for birthday tracking)
• Each member's payment and outstanding balance history

Transaction History

• Fund collections: member, amount, payment date, cycle
• Expenses: description, amount, date

Group Events

• Event names, dates, and descriptions you create in the app

🔔 Device Permissions

The app requests the following permissions to function properly:

Notifications

Used for reminders about:

• Upcoming periodic fund collection due dates
• Member birthdays and upcoming group events

You can enable or disable this permission at any time in your device's system Settings.

Storage

Used to read and write backup files (.json) when you use the Backup & Restore feature.

Biometrics (Fingerprint / Face ID)

If you enable biometric unlock, the app uses the OS biometric API. Biometric data never leaves the device's secure chip — we only receive a success/failure result.

Not Required

• No phone contacts access — members are entered manually
• No location access (GPS)
• No camera access

🚫 Data We Do NOT Collect

Fundmate does not collect any of the following:

• Group member information (names, phone numbers, dates of birth)
• Fund transaction history (collections, expenses)
• Group bank account details
• Security PIN or biometric data
• Personal identifiers of the group manager
• Geographic location data

💾 Backup & Restore

The Backup feature lets you export all fund data to a .json file and save it to your device or a cloud service of your choice.

• The backup file is managed entirely by you — we never receive or store it
• The file contains sensitive financial and member data — store it securely
• Do not share the backup file with anyone outside the authorized group management

📢 Advertising

Fundmate may display advertisements through Google AdMob to help keep the app free.

Google AdMob may use some anonymous information, including:

• Advertising ID — which can be reset or disabled in your Android / iOS Settings
• Anonymous device type and OS version

Google AdMob has no access to your fund data, member information, or transactions.

🔐 PIN Security & Biometrics

Fundmate supports locking the app with a 4-digit PIN and/or fingerprint / Face ID:

• The PIN is stored as a hash — it cannot be reversed; we cannot recover it if you forget it
• Biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device's secure chip — Fundmate only receives a pass/fail result

To best protect your group data:

• Enable the app lock via PIN or fingerprint in Settings
• Do not share your PIN with unauthorized people
• Back up your data regularly and store the file securely

👥 Responsibility for Member Data

When you enter member information (names, phone numbers, dates of birth) into Fundmate, as the group manager you are responsible for:

• Only entering information of people who have consented to join the fund group
• Securing your device and preventing unauthorized access to member data
• Removing member information from the app when they leave the group (if appropriate)

👶 Children

Fundmate is a group finance app intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect personal data from any user.

🔄 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or in response to legal requirements. When significant updates occur, we will notify you by:

• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• Including a note in the app's update release notes on Google Play / App Store
