Chào mừng bạn đến với Counter App — ứng dụng đếm doanh số bán hàng dành cho quán F&B và cửa hàng bán lẻ, được phát triển bởi DA Center.

Chính sách bảo mật này giải thích cách ứng dụng xử lý dữ liệu của bạn. Chúng tôi cam kết bảo vệ thông tin kinh doanh của bạn.

📂 Dữ liệu bạn nhập vào ứng dụng

Counter App lưu trữ cục bộ trên thiết bị các loại dữ liệu sau:

Dữ liệu doanh số

• Số lượng bán của từng sản phẩm theo thời gian thực
• Lịch sử giao dịch bán hàng (thời gian, sản phẩm, số lượng)
• Tổng doanh thu theo ngày, giờ và tháng

Danh mục sản phẩm

• Tên sản phẩm và giá bán do bạn tự nhập
• Nhóm/phân loại sản phẩm (nếu có)

Thông tin cửa hàng

• Tên cửa hàng, thông tin cơ bản phục vụ xuất báo cáo
• Địa chỉ email nhận báo cáo (nếu bạn cài đặt chức năng xuất báo cáo)

📧 Xuất báo cáo qua Email

Khi bạn sử dụng chức năng Xuất báo cáo qua Email, ứng dụng sẽ tạo file báo cáo (CSV/Excel) từ dữ liệu doanh số trên thiết bị và gửi đến địa chỉ email bạn chỉ định.

• Dữ liệu trong báo cáo chỉ bao gồm: tên sản phẩm, số lượng, doanh thu theo ngày bạn chọn
• Email được gửi qua dịch vụ email hệ thống của thiết bị — không qua máy chủ của DA Center
• Chúng tôi không lưu trữ địa chỉ email hay nội dung báo cáo
• Bảo mật file báo cáo sau khi gửi là trách nhiệm của bạn

🔔 Quyền truy cập thiết bị

Ứng dụng chỉ yêu cầu các quyền tối thiểu cần thiết:

Bộ nhớ / Lưu trữ (Storage)

Dùng để đọc và ghi dữ liệu ứng dụng, bao gồm file báo cáo CSV/Excel khi bạn xuất dữ liệu.

Không yêu cầu

• Không yêu cầu vị trí địa lý (GPS)
• Không yêu cầu camera
• Không yêu cầu danh bạ
• Không yêu cầu microphone

🚫 Dữ liệu chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập

Counter App không thu thập bất kỳ thông tin nào sau đây:

• Dữ liệu doanh số hay thông tin kinh doanh của bạn
• Danh mục sản phẩm hay giá bán
• Thông tin định danh cá nhân (tên chủ sở hữu, email, số điện thoại)
• Dữ liệu vị trí địa lý
• Hành vi sử dụng trong ứng dụng gửi lên máy chủ bên ngoài

📢 Quảng cáo

Counter App có thể hiển thị quảng cáo thông qua Google AdMob để hỗ trợ duy trì ứng dụng miễn phí.

Google AdMob có thể sử dụng một số thông tin ẩn danh, bao gồm:

• Mã định danh quảng cáo (Advertising ID) — có thể đặt lại trong Cài đặt thiết bị
• Thông tin loại thiết bị và phiên bản hệ điều hành (ẩn danh)

Google AdMob không có quyền truy cập vào dữ liệu doanh số hay thông tin kinh doanh của bạn.

🔒 Bảo mật dữ liệu

Vì dữ liệu kinh doanh của bạn ở lại trên thiết bị, bảo mật phụ thuộc vào thiết bị Android/iOS của bạn:

• Bật khoá màn hình để tránh người khác xem dữ liệu doanh số
• Cập nhật ứng dụng và hệ điều hành thường xuyên
• Chỉ cài ứng dụng từ Google Play Store / App Store chính thức

👶 Trẻ em

Counter App là công cụ kinh doanh dành cho người trưởng thành và chủ cửa hàng. Ứng dụng không dành riêng cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và không thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân từ bất kỳ người dùng nào.

🔄 Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách bảo mật này khi có thay đổi trong ứng dụng. Khi có cập nhật quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo qua:

• Cập nhật ngày "Có hiệu lực" ở đầu trang này
• Ghi chú trong phần cập nhật ứng dụng trên Google Play / App Store

📋 Introduction

Welcome to Counter App — a sales counter app for F&B and retail stores, developed by DA Center.

This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your data. We are committed to protecting your business information.

📂 Data You Enter into the App

Counter App stores the following data locally on your device:

Sales Data

• Real-time sales quantities per product
• Transaction history (timestamp, product, quantity)
• Total revenue by day, hour, and month

Product Catalog

• Product names and prices you enter manually
• Product groups / categories (if applicable)

Store Information

• Store name and basic details used for report generation
• Report recipient email address (if you configure the export feature)

📧 Email Report Export

When you use the Export Report via Email feature, the app generates a report file (CSV/Excel) from the sales data on your device and sends it to the email address you specify.

• The report contains only: product names, quantities, and revenue for the date range you select
• Emails are sent via your device's system email client — not through DA Center's servers
• We do not store your email address or the content of any reports
• Securing the report file after it is sent is your responsibility

🔔 Device Permissions

The app only requests the minimum permissions necessary:

Storage

Used to read and write app data, including CSV/Excel report files when you export data.

Not Required

• No location access (GPS)
• No camera access
• No contacts access
• No microphone access

🚫 Data We Do NOT Collect

Counter App does not collect any of the following:

• Your sales data or business information
• Your product catalog or pricing
• Personal identifiers (owner name, email, phone number)
• Geographic location data
• In-app behavior sent to external servers

📢 Advertising

Counter App may display advertisements through Google AdMob to help keep the app free.

Google AdMob may use some anonymous information, including:

• Advertising ID — which can be reset in your device Settings
• Anonymous device type and OS version

Google AdMob has no access to your sales data or business information.

🔒 Data Security

Since your business data stays on your device, security depends on your Android/iOS device:

• Enable screen lock to prevent others from viewing sales data
• Keep your app and OS updated
• Only install apps from the official Google Play Store / App Store

👶 Children

Counter App is a business tool intended for adults and store owners. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect personal data from any user.

🔄 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. When significant updates occur, we will notify you by:

• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• Including a note in the app's update release notes on Google Play / App Store
