Chính sách bảo mật này áp dụng cho ứng dụng TV Web-caster (mã ứng dụng com.dac.tvwebcaster) trên Google Play, được phát triển và phát hành bởi DA Center.

TV Web-caster là trình duyệt web có tính năng truyền (cast) video trên trang web lên Smart TV trong cùng mạng Wi-Fi qua giao thức DLNA/UPnP.

📦 Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị

Ứng dụng không yêu cầu tài khoản và không hỏi tên, email, số điện thoại. Các dữ liệu sau chỉ lưu trên chính thiết bị của bạn:

• Trang yêu thích và danh sách trang đã cast gần đây
• TV đã chọn, cài đặt khung hình, bật/tắt chặn quảng cáo
• Cookie và bộ nhớ đệm của các trang web bạn mở (như mọi trình duyệt)

🌐 Duyệt web và truyền video lên TV

Trang web bạn mở được tải trực tiếp từ máy chủ của trang đó; trang đó có thể thu thập dữ liệu theo chính sách riêng của họ.

Khi bạn cast, điện thoại chuyển luồng video của trang tới TV trong mạng nội bộ (Wi-Fi nhà bạn). Ứng dụng không lưu, không tải xuống và không gửi nội dung video đến bất kỳ máy chủ nào khác.

Để chặn quảng cáo trên trang web, ứng dụng định kỳ tải các danh sách lọc công khai (EasyList, ABPVN, StevenBlack hosts). Việc tải này không kèm dữ liệu nào của bạn.

📊 Thống kê và báo lỗi (Firebase)

Ứng dụng dùng Google Firebase Analytics và Firebase Crashlytics để biết tính năng nào được dùng và sửa lỗi:

• Sự kiện sử dụng: mở ứng dụng, bắt đầu cast thành công / lỗi kèm loại luồng video (HLS hay MP4). Không ghi địa chỉ trang web, tên video hay tiêu đề trang.
• Thông tin thiết bị: mẫu máy, phiên bản Android, ngôn ngữ, mã cài đặt ứng dụng (ngẫu nhiên)
• Nhật ký sự cố khi ứng dụng bị lỗi

📢 Quảng cáo

Ứng dụng hiển thị một banner quảng cáo của Google AdMob ở Trang chủ để duy trì miễn phí. Tại khu vực yêu cầu (ví dụ EU/Anh), ứng dụng hỏi sự đồng ý trước khi tải quảng cáo; bạn đổi lựa chọn bằng mục "Tùy chọn quảng cáo" ở cuối Trang chủ.

Để hiển thị quảng cáo, SDK Google AdMob tự động thu thập và gửi cho Google:

• Mã định danh thiết bị: mã quảng cáo (Advertising ID), có thể đặt lại hoặc tắt cá nhân hoá trong Cài đặt Android
• Vị trí gần đúng suy ra từ địa chỉ IP (không dùng GPS)
• Tương tác: lượt hiển thị, lượt chạm quảng cáo
• Dữ liệu chẩn đoán của SDK quảng cáo

🔐 Quyền ứng dụng sử dụng

• Internet, trạng thái Wi-Fi, multicast: tải trang web, tìm TV trong mạng nội bộ
• Dịch vụ nền phát media, giữ máy thức: TV tiếp tục phát khi bạn dùng ứng dụng khác hoặc tắt màn hình
• Thông báo: nút tạm dừng / dừng cast trên thanh thông báo

Ứng dụng không dùng vị trí, danh bạ, camera, micro, ảnh.

This Privacy Policy applies to the TV Web-caster app (package com.dac.tvwebcaster) on Google Play, developed and published by DA Center.

TV Web-caster is a web browser that casts videos on web pages to Smart TVs on the same Wi-Fi network using DLNA/UPnP.

📦 Data Stored on the Device

The app requires no account and never asks for a name, email or phone number. The following stays on your device only:

• Favorite sites and the list of recently cast pages
• Selected TV, picture-fit setting, ad-blocking on/off
• Cookies and cache of the websites you open (as in any browser)

🌐 Browsing and Casting

Web pages you open are loaded directly from their own servers; those sites may collect data under their own policies.

When you cast, the phone relays the page's video stream to your TV over your local network. The app does not store, download or send video content to any other server.

To block ads on web pages, the app periodically downloads public filter lists (EasyList, ABPVN, StevenBlack hosts). These downloads carry none of your data.

📊 Analytics and Crash Reports (Firebase)

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to learn which features are used and to fix bugs:

• Usage events: app opens, cast started / failed with the stream type (HLS or MP4). Page addresses, video names and page titles are never logged.
• Device information: model, Android version, language, a random app-installation ID
• Crash logs when the app crashes

📢 Advertising

The app shows one Google AdMob banner on the Home screen to stay free. Where required (e.g. EU/UK) the app asks for consent before loading ads; change your choice via "Ad options" at the bottom of the Home screen.

To serve ads, the Google AdMob SDK automatically collects and sends to Google:

• Device identifiers: the Advertising ID, which you can reset or opt out of personalization for in Android settings
• Approximate location derived from the IP address (no GPS)
• Interactions: ad impressions and taps
• Diagnostics of the ads SDK

🔐 Permissions

• Internet, Wi-Fi state, multicast: load web pages, find TVs on your local network
• Media-playback foreground service, wake lock: keep the TV playing while you use other apps or turn the screen off
• Notifications: pause / stop controls in the notification

The app does not use location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos.

🔄 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the app changes or as required by law. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
