Chính sách bảo mật này áp dụng cho ứng dụng TV Remote (mã ứng dụng dac.com.tvremote) trên Google Play, được phát triển và phát hành bởi DA Center.
TV Remote biến điện thoại thành remote điều khiển Smart TV (Samsung, LG, Sony, Google TV / Android TV) qua mạng Wi-Fi nội bộ hoặc qua cổng hồng ngoại của điện thoại. Ứng dụng không liên kết với các hãng TV này.
📦 Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị
Ứng dụng không yêu cầu tài khoản và không hỏi tên, email, số điện thoại. Các dữ liệu sau chỉ lưu trên chính thiết bị của bạn:
- Danh sách TV đã kết nối: tên bạn đặt, tên và mã model TV, địa chỉ IP và MAC trong mạng nội bộ
- Mã ghép đôi do TV cấp (token, mã PIN, khoá ghép đôi) và chứng chỉ ghép đôi Google TV lưu trong Android Keystore
- Cài đặt: giao diện sáng/tối, kiểu remote, rung khi bấm, phím âm lượng, số lần mở remote (để hiển thị quảng cáo)
Thông tin TV và mã ghép đôi không được gửi về máy chủ của chúng tôi. Gỡ ứng dụng là xoá hết.
📺 Kết nối với TV
Ứng dụng chỉ giao tiếp với TV trong mạng nội bộ (Wi-Fi nhà bạn) để tìm TV, ghép đôi, gửi phím bấm, chữ bạn gõ và lệnh mở ứng dụng, đọc danh sách ứng dụng và nguồn vào của TV. Chữ bạn gõ chỉ gửi tới TV, không lưu lại.
Remote hồng ngoại phát tín hiệu từ cổng IR của điện thoại tới TV, không dùng mạng.
📢 Quảng cáo
Ứng dụng hiển thị quảng cáo toàn màn hình của Google AdMob khi mở remote (từ lần thứ hai) để duy trì miễn phí. Tại khu vực yêu cầu (ví dụ EU/Anh), ứng dụng hỏi sự đồng ý trước khi tải quảng cáo.
Để hiển thị quảng cáo, SDK Google AdMob tự động thu thập và gửi cho Google:
- Mã định danh thiết bị: mã quảng cáo (Advertising ID), có thể đặt lại hoặc tắt cá nhân hoá trong Cài đặt Android
- Vị trí gần đúng suy ra từ địa chỉ IP (không dùng GPS)
- Tương tác: lượt hiển thị, lượt chạm quảng cáo
- Dữ liệu chẩn đoán và nhật ký sự cố của SDK quảng cáo

🔐 Quyền ứng dụng sử dụng
- Internet, trạng thái mạng và Wi-Fi, multicast: tìm TV và điều khiển TV trong mạng nội bộ, tải quảng cáo
- Phát hồng ngoại: remote hồng ngoại trên máy có cổng IR
- Rung: rung nhẹ khi bấm phím
- Mã quảng cáo: quảng cáo AdMob
Ứng dụng không dùng vị trí GPS, danh bạ, camera, micro, ảnh.
🔄 Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này khi ứng dụng thay đổi hoặc theo yêu cầu pháp lý. Ngày "Có hiệu lực" ở đầu trang sẽ được cập nhật tương ứng.

This Privacy Policy applies to the TV Remote app (package dac.com.tvremote) on Google Play, developed and published by DA Center.
TV Remote turns your phone into a remote control for Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony, Google TV / Android TV) over your local Wi-Fi network or the phone's infrared port. The app is not affiliated with these TV makers.
📦 Data Stored on the Device
The app requires no account and never asks for a name, email or phone number. The following stays on your device only:
- Connected TVs: the name you give, the TV's name and model, its local IP and MAC address
- Pairing data issued by the TV (token, PIN, pairing key) and the Google TV pairing certificate kept in Android Keystore
- Settings: light/dark theme, remote type, haptics, volume keys, number of remote opens (for ads)
TV details and pairing data are never sent to our servers. Uninstalling the app deletes everything.
📺 Connecting to Your TV
The app talks to your TV only on your local network to find it, pair, and send key presses, typed text and app-launch commands, and to read the TV's app and input lists. Typed text goes only to the TV and is not stored.
The infrared remote sends signals from the phone's IR port to the TV without using the network.
📢 Advertising
The app shows a Google AdMob full-screen ad when you open a remote (from the second time) to stay free. Where required (e.g. EU/UK) the app asks for consent before loading ads.
To serve ads, the Google AdMob SDK automatically collects and sends to Google:
- Device identifiers: the Advertising ID, which you can reset or opt out of personalization in Android Settings
- Approximate location derived from the IP address (no GPS)
- Interactions: ad impressions and taps
- Diagnostics and crash logs of the ads SDK

🔐 Permissions
- Internet, network and Wi-Fi state, multicast: find and control TVs on the local network, load ads
- Transmit infrared: infrared remote on phones with an IR port
- Vibrate: light haptic feedback on key presses
- Advertising ID: AdMob ads
The app does not use GPS location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos.

We may update this policy when the app changes or as required by law. The "Effective" date at the top will be updated accordingly.
