🛡️ Giới thiệu
Chính sách bảo mật này áp dụng cho ứng dụng Lương Net (mã ứng dụng com.dac.luongnet) trên Google Play, được phát triển và phát hành bởi DA Center.
Ứng dụng giúp người lao động và doanh nghiệp đổi lương Gross sang Net và ngược lại, tính thuế thu nhập cá nhân, bảo hiểm bắt buộc và chi phí doanh nghiệp theo quy định của Việt Nam.
📦 Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị
Ứng dụng không yêu cầu tài khoản và không hỏi tên, email, số điện thoại hay bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào. Các dữ liệu bạn nhập chỉ được lưu trên chính thiết bị:
- Số tiền lương, lương đóng BHXH, phụ cấp, số người phụ thuộc bạn nhập để tính
- Thông số tính lương bạn tự sửa (giảm trừ, lương cơ sở, tỉ lệ bảo hiểm…)
- Cài đặt giao diện: sáng/tối, màu
Dữ liệu bạn nhập (lương, phụ cấp, người phụ thuộc) không được gửi lên máy chủ nào. Gỡ ứng dụng là xoá hết dữ liệu.
📤 Chia sẻ kết quả
Khi bạn chủ động bấm nút Chia sẻ, ứng dụng tạo một đoạn văn bản tóm tắt kết quả tính lương và mở bảng chia sẻ của Android. Văn bản chỉ được gửi tới ứng dụng bạn chọn (Zalo, Messenger, email…); ứng dụng Lương Net không tự gửi đi đâu.
📢 Quảng cáo
Ứng dụng hiển thị quảng cáo qua Google AdMob để duy trì miễn phí: một quảng cáo toàn màn hình khi bạn bấm nút xem kết quả tính lương. Mọi quảng cáo toàn màn hình đều có nút đóng.
Để hiển thị quảng cáo, SDK Google AdMob tự động thu thập và gửi cho Google các dữ liệu sau:
- Mã định danh thiết bị: mã quảng cáo (Advertising ID), có thể đặt lại hoặc tắt cá nhân hoá trong Cài đặt Android
- Vị trí gần đúng: suy ra từ địa chỉ IP (không dùng GPS, không xin quyền vị trí)
- Tương tác với ứng dụng: lượt hiển thị và lượt chạm vào quảng cáo
- Nhật ký lỗi và dữ liệu chẩn đoán: loại thiết bị, phiên bản hệ điều hành, hiệu năng của quảng cáo
Google dùng các dữ liệu này để phân phối, đo lường quảng cáo và chống gian lận. Dữ liệu được mã hoá khi truyền đi. Xem thêm tại Cách Google sử dụng dữ liệu.
🚫 Dữ liệu không thu thập
- Thông tin cá nhân (tên, email, số điện thoại, ảnh)
- Vị trí chính xác (GPS), danh bạ, camera, micro
- Số liệu lương bạn nhập (lương, phụ cấp, người phụ thuộc)
Ứng dụng chỉ dùng quyền Internet và mã quảng cáo (để tải quảng cáo).
🔄 Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này khi ứng dụng thay đổi hoặc theo yêu cầu pháp lý. Ngày "Có hiệu lực" ở đầu trang sẽ được cập nhật tương ứng.
🛡️ Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the Lương Net app (package com.dac.luongnet) on Google Play, developed and published by DA Center.
The app helps employees and employers convert gross salary to net and back, and calculate personal income tax, compulsory insurance and employer cost under Vietnamese regulations.
📦 Data Stored on the Device
The app requires no account and never asks for a name, email, phone number or any other personal information. What you enter is stored only on your device:
- Salary amounts, social-insurance salary, allowances and number of dependants you enter
- Payroll parameters you edit (deductions, base salary, insurance rates…)
- Display settings: light/dark mode, color theme
What you enter (salary, allowances, dependants) is never sent to any server. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.
📤 Sharing Results
When you tap Share, the app builds a short text summary of the salary result and opens the Android share sheet. The text goes only to the app you pick; Lương Net itself never sends it anywhere.
📢 Advertising
The app shows ads through Google AdMob to stay free: a full-screen ad when you tap the button to view the salary result. Every full-screen ad can be closed.
To serve ads, the Google AdMob SDK automatically collects the following and sends it to Google:
- Device identifiers, namely the Advertising ID, which you can reset or opt out of personalization for in Android settings
- Approximate location, derived from the IP address (no GPS, no location permission)
- App interactions, namely ad impressions and taps
- Crash logs and diagnostics, such as device type, OS version and ad performance
Google uses this data to deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud. It is encrypted in transit. See How Google uses data.
🚫 Data We Do NOT Collect
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, photos)
- Precise (GPS) location, contacts, camera, microphone
- The salary data you enter (salary, allowances, dependants)
The app only uses the Internet permission and the Advertising ID (to load ads).
🔄 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the app changes or as required by law. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
