Chào mừng bạn đến với DebtBook — Sổ Nợ Cá Nhân, ứng dụng quản lý vay nợ được phát triển bởi DA Center.

Chính sách bảo mật này giải thích cách ứng dụng xử lý dữ liệu khi bạn sử dụng DebtBook trên thiết bị Android hoặc iOS. Chúng tôi hiểu rằng thông tin tài chính cá nhân là nhạy cảm và cam kết bảo vệ quyền riêng tư của bạn.

📂 Dữ liệu bạn nhập vào ứng dụng

DebtBook lưu trữ cục bộ trên thiết bị các loại dữ liệu sau mà bạn tự nhập:

Thông tin vay nợ

• Tên người vay / cho vay, số điện thoại, nhóm liên hệ
• Số tiền, hình thức giao dịch (tiền mặt / chuyển khoản), ngày vay, hạn trả
• Nội dung ghi chú kèm theo mỗi khoản nợ
• Trạng thái giao dịch (đang còn nợ / đã trả xong)

Thông tin tài khoản ngân hàng

• Tên ngân hàng, số tài khoản, tên chủ tài khoản
• Dùng để tạo mã QR chuyển khoản khi thu nợ — lưu hoàn toàn trên thiết bị

Cài đặt ứng dụng

• Mã PIN bảo mật (lưu dưới dạng băm — không thể đọc ngược)
• Tuỳ chọn giao diện (sáng / tối), trạng thái bật/tắt thông báo

🔔 Quyền truy cập thiết bị

Ứng dụng yêu cầu một số quyền hệ thống để hoạt động đúng chức năng:

Thông báo (Notifications)

Dùng để gửi nhắc nhở khi sắp đến hạn trả nợ. Bạn có thể bật hoặc tắt quyền này bất kỳ lúc nào trong Cài đặt hệ thống.

Bộ nhớ / Lưu trữ (Storage)

Dùng để đọc và ghi file sao lưu (.json) khi bạn thực hiện chức năng Xuất dữ liệu hoặc Nhập dữ liệu từ file.

Không yêu cầu

• Không yêu cầu quyền truy cập danh bạ điện thoại — liên hệ được nhập thủ công
• Không yêu cầu vị trí địa lý (GPS)
• Không yêu cầu camera
• Không yêu cầu kết nối internet để sử dụng các tính năng chính

🚫 Dữ liệu chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập

DebtBook không thu thập bất kỳ thông tin nào sau đây:

• Nội dung các khoản nợ, số tiền, tên liên hệ của bạn
• Thông tin tài khoản ngân hàng bạn lưu trong app
• Mã PIN bảo mật
• Thông tin định danh cá nhân (email, số điện thoại của chủ thiết bị)
• Dữ liệu vị trí địa lý
• Lịch sử hành vi trong ứng dụng gửi lên máy chủ bên ngoài

💾 Sao lưu & Khôi phục dữ liệu

Chức năng Sao lưu & Khôi phục cho phép bạn xuất toàn bộ dữ liệu ra file .json và lưu vào thiết bị hoặc dịch vụ cloud của bạn (Google Drive, Dropbox...).

• File sao lưu do bạn tự quản lý — chúng tôi không nhận hay lưu trữ file này
• Bảo mật file sao lưu là trách nhiệm của bạn khi chia sẻ hoặc lưu trữ bên ngoài
• Nên lưu file vào nơi bảo mật và không chia sẻ với người khác vì chứa thông tin tài chính nhạy cảm

📢 Quảng cáo

DebtBook có thể hiển thị quảng cáo thông qua Google AdMob để hỗ trợ duy trì ứng dụng miễn phí.

Google AdMob có thể sử dụng một số thông tin ẩn danh để phục vụ quảng cáo phù hợp, bao gồm:

• Mã định danh quảng cáo (Advertising ID) — có thể đặt lại hoặc tắt trong Cài đặt Android/iOS
• Thông tin loại thiết bị và phiên bản hệ điều hành (ẩn danh)

Google AdMob không có quyền truy cập vào dữ liệu vay nợ hoặc thông tin tài chính của bạn. Để biết thêm, xem Chính sách bảo mật của Google.

🔐 Bảo mật & Mã PIN

DebtBook cho phép bạn đặt mã PIN 4 chữ số để khoá ứng dụng. Mã PIN được lưu dưới dạng băm (hash) trên thiết bị — chúng tôi không thể khôi phục PIN nếu bạn quên.

Để bảo vệ dữ liệu tốt nhất:

• Bật khoá màn hình thiết bị (PIN, vân tay, nhận diện khuôn mặt)
• Bật khoá ứng dụng bằng PIN trong phần Cài đặt của DebtBook
• Không chia sẻ file sao lưu .json với người khác
• Cập nhật ứng dụng thường xuyên để nhận các bản vá bảo mật mới nhất

👶 Trẻ em

DebtBook là ứng dụng quản lý tài chính cá nhân dành cho người trưởng thành. Ứng dụng không dành riêng cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và không thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân từ bất kỳ người dùng nào.

Nếu bạn là phụ huynh và phát hiện con mình đã sử dụng ứng dụng, vui lòng liên hệ chúng tôi.

🔄 Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách bảo mật này khi có thay đổi trong ứng dụng hoặc theo yêu cầu pháp lý. Khi có cập nhật quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo qua:

• Cập nhật ngày "Có hiệu lực" ở đầu trang này
• Ghi chú trong phần cập nhật ứng dụng trên Google Play / App Store

Việc tiếp tục sử dụng ứng dụng sau khi chính sách được cập nhật đồng nghĩa với việc bạn chấp nhận các thay đổi đó.

📋 Introduction

Welcome to DebtBook — Personal Debt Manager, developed by DA Center.

This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your data when you use DebtBook on your Android or iOS device. We understand that personal financial information is sensitive, and we are committed to protecting your privacy.

📂 Data You Enter into the App

DebtBook stores the following data locally on your device — data that you enter yourself:

Debt Records

• Name, phone number, and contact group of the person you lend to or borrow from
• Amount, transaction type (cash / bank transfer), date, and due date
• Notes attached to each debt entry
• Transaction status (outstanding / fully paid)

Bank Account Information

• Bank name, account number, and account holder name
• Used to generate QR payment codes for debt collection — stored entirely on-device

App Settings

• Security PIN (stored as a hash — cannot be reversed)
• UI preferences (light / dark mode), notification toggle state

🔔 Device Permissions

The app requests certain system permissions to function properly:

Notifications

Used to send reminders when a debt due date is approaching. You can enable or disable this permission at any time in your device's system Settings.

Storage

Used to read and write backup files (.json) when you use the Export data or Import data from file feature.

Not Required

• No access to your phone contacts — contacts are entered manually
• No location access (GPS)
• No camera access
• No internet connection required for core features

🚫 Data We Do NOT Collect

DebtBook does not collect any of the following:

• Your debt entries, amounts, or contact names
• Bank account information you save in the app
• Your security PIN
• Personal identifiers of the device owner (email, phone number)
• Geographic location data
• In-app behavior sent to external servers

💾 Backup & Restore

The Backup & Restore feature lets you export all your data to a .json file and save it to your device or a cloud service of your choice (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

• The backup file is managed entirely by you — we never receive or store it
• Securing the backup file is your responsibility when sharing or storing it externally
• We recommend storing it in a secure location and not sharing it, as it contains sensitive financial information

📢 Advertising

DebtBook may display advertisements through Google AdMob to help keep the app free.

Google AdMob may use some anonymous information to serve relevant ads, including:

• Advertising ID — which can be reset or disabled in your Android / iOS Settings
• Anonymous device type and OS version information

Google AdMob has no access to your debt records or financial data. For more details, see Google's Privacy Policy.

🔐 Security & PIN Lock

DebtBook lets you set a 4-digit PIN to lock the app. The PIN is stored as a hash on your device — we cannot recover it if you forget it.

To best protect your data:

• Enable your device's screen lock (PIN, fingerprint, face recognition)
• Enable the app PIN lock in DebtBook's Settings
• Do not share the .json backup file with others
• Keep the app updated to receive the latest security patches

👶 Children

DebtBook is a personal finance app intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect personal data from any user.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the app, please contact us.

🔄 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or in response to legal requirements. When significant updates occur, we will notify you by:

• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• Including a note in the app's update release notes on Google Play / App Store

Continuing to use the app after the policy is updated means you accept those changes.
